Cesar collaborated closely with my wife and I to plan our gutter project. We needed the old fascia removed and replaced, along with new gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards. We had two days of heavy rain. I noticed water dripping from my drywall ceiling. I called several companies and Mendez Remodeling was the only company willing to come out that day. They temporarily fixed the problem until the rain stopped and then came back to replace the flashing around my chimney. The price was reasonable and the work was perfect. Called Cesar a few months back about a major renovation of the exterior of the townhome, including complete roof, fascia board and soffit replacement, plus gutter. Compared with a few other contractor's quotes, Mendez's is the most competitive. Now that the weather is warmer, I scheduled the work with Cesar. We discussed all the details of the project and Cesar addressed all the concerns meticulously. The job took almost a week to complete and work is outstanding. Now the exterior is almost looking new again. Cesar stayed communicative during the job process and kept me posted of the progress. At the end he also went one step further to fix up the siding issue without additional charge! Just one outstanding company, this will be the place to call next time I have any exterior issue!

Reached out to Cesar and his company regarding several windows on my townhouse that had wood rot that needed repair. Cesar answered my call and coordinated with our schedule to visit the house within a couple of days. He gave us a more than fair quote and provided us the schedule for when the repair would take place.
